Long’s Luxury Retail Sales Professionals are based in our stores and work directly with our customers to help them find the perfect piece. We have an extensive collection of diamonds, fine jewelry and luxury watches. The right candidate will have a passion for these luxury products and services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs
• Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times
• Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products
• Supporting the store’s operations in all matters

Qualifications:

• REQUIREMENT: Multiple years of experience in luxury product or service sales. No exceptions please.
• Great passion for jewelry/luxury products and working with people
• Strong history and approach to building and growing a client base
• Great way with people and an ability to communicate and keep a level head at all times.
• Have a great work ethic, team attitude and a hands on, roll your sleeves up approach
• Entrepreneurial spirit
