Due to growth, Long’s is seeking Experienced Diamond and Luxury Timepiece Sales Professionals for both our Burlington and Peabody locations. These positions are ideal for someone who excels at providing unparalleled customer experiences, celebrating life’s most special moments with our clients. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters with the ability to work with limited oversight.

Job responsibilities Include:

• Cultivate on-going relationships with customers with a focus on return visits and future purchasing opportunities.
• Demonstrate successful outreach to potential and existing customers through proactive clienteling.
• Achieve sales objectives by focusing on the best-possible customer experience through storytelling, personalized service, and authentic interactions with every customer.
• Embrace continuous learning across all product lines and categories, including stones, metals, settings, brands, etc.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, including inventory counts and set up/break down of on-floor product.

Qualifications:

• REQUIREMENTS: Multiple years of experience in a luxury environment selling diamonds and other fine jewelry and/or luxury timepieces. No exceptions please.
• Great passion for jewelry and other luxury products.
• Proven experience and approach to building and growing a client base.
• Great way with people and an ability to communicate and keep a level head at all times.
• Have a great work ethic, team attitude and a hands-on, roll your sleeves up approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit
