Responsibilities :
Support Classroom Activities : Assist the lead teacher in implementing engaging lesson plans and classroom activities, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience for students.
Student Assistance : Provide individualized support to students, reinforcing learning objectives and addressing the diverse needs of the classroom.
Classroom Management : Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere by assisting with behavior management and conflict resolution.
