Job Description : As a Home-based Customer Service Agent at LoneStar Voyages, you will be the frontline representative of our agency, providing unparalleled customer service to our clients.
Working remotely, you will assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and post-travel support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.
Booking Support : Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of bookings.
Travel Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to create bespoke travel itineraries.
Reservation Management : Manage and update client reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and communicated.
Post-Travel Support : Provide post-travel support to clients, including handling feedback, addressing concerns, and assisting with any issues that may arise during or after their travels.
Communication : Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries and requests.
Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for the client.
