Lone Tree CSD is Hiring a City clerk Near Lone Tree, IA
The Lone Tree Community School Library evening clerk will be responsible for the following :
Patron Services :
The library clerk should be able to assist Patrons with the following :
- Destiny online catalog
- Basic Internet use
- Basic computer troubleshooting
- Where books can be found in the library
- Checking books in and out
- Reserving books
Material Maintenance :
The library clerk should be able to assist the library director with the following :
- Shelving books
- Repairing books
Supportive Services :
The library clerk should be able to assist the library director with the following :
- Adding new patrons, printing out a label, and laminating their card
- Recording circulation counts
- Informing the director of needed supplies
- Keeping the library neat and orderly
Material Processing :
The library clerk should be able to assist the library director with the following :
- Processing new books
- Printing and applying new barcodes and spine labels
The position is for the following hours :
Monday-3 : 30pm-7 : 00pm
Tuesday-3 : 30pm-7 : 00pm
Thursday-3 : 30pm-7 : 00pm
The first Saturday of the month-8 : 30am-10 : 00am
