Superintendent

Lone-Star Roof Systems installs all types of roofing systems with a strict adherence to quality, honesty, service and professionalism. We strive to provide home-owners, contractors and builders with PEACE OF MIND knowing their project will exceed manufacturers’ specifications and be completed in a timely manner.

We are continuing to grow our business, and are looking to add a Superintendent to our team.

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of work sites for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Ensuring that jobs are done properly and efficiently, through communication with workers as well as on-site inspections.
• Recognizing and correcting work site safety hazards, and ensuring that workers follow safe work practices.

Requirements for this position:

• Driver License in good standing
• Effective leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops, both sloped and flat.
• Professionalism at all times while representing the company.
• Ability to pass drug tests, as well as criminal and motor vehicle background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual - Spanish
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• Forklift Certification

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
