Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment and systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills - Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts - Install new equipment and systems according to specifications - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, record maintenance activities, and manage inventory - Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends or potential issues - Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred - Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications - Familiarity with hydraulics, HVAC, and welding techniques - Proficient in analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Field service experience is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
