JOB SUMMARY:

The Luxury Client Experience Manager is required to warmly welcome and engage with clients while demonstrating courtesy, empathy, and discretion. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and maintaining exceptional client experiences for our luxury-branded residences post-sale. Your primary focus will be on elevating client satisfaction through meticulous event planning, thoughtful client gifts, and the implementation of a strategic referral program. As well as have a thorough understanding of the projects/community’s entire offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Must have High School diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Experience/Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Mandatory Experience/Background: Must have valid Driver’s License. Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail and proven experience in luxury event planning and client relationship management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with luxury brands and understanding of high-net-worth clientele. Must possess a high proficiency technology based programs including Microsoft Office; CRM software and design software (i.e. canva, mailchimp, RSVPify). Ability to lead and serve as a role model for Company Core Values – quality, teamwork, commitment, integrity, and respect.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 20 pounds; able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
