Director of Construction - London Bay Development
JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Construction is responsible for pre-construction and construction operations for development of London Bay Development Group Projects. Provide strategic leadership for due diligence input for new projects. Pre-construction leadership including design review, systems analysis, estimating budget management and General Contractor input and negotiations. Exhibit superior team leadership and help train new employees or assist in the knowledge acceleration of existing team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or planning field.
- Preferred Experience/Background: 20 plus years of development and construction experience in multi-family and condo/tower projects or equivalent construction projects.
- Mandatory Experience/Background: 10 years of experience leading projects and teams in commercial or residential development. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Operations, and all phases of development. Must be proficient managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer and software/systems skills. Serve as a role model to the Core Values of the Company including teamwork, commitment, integrity, quality and respect. Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive/travel to different job sites. Must be able to walk a tower a minimum of 10 levels.
- Job Type:Full-time; Monday – Friday;
Location: Naples, Bonita/Estero and Ft Myers Beach
Pay: Commensurate with Experience
