IT Business Analyst
Direct-Hire Position
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Location: Willow Grove, PA (hybrid schedule, onsite 60%)
London Approach is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the dedicated IT support team of our client. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between stakeholders, analyzing, communicating, and validating IT requirements for improvements to our existing business processes. You will play a key role in mapping current and future states, ensuring compliance with both regional and corporate business requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing documents, developing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of analytics. The successful candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in understandable business language.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and devising and implementing effective solutions.
• Take the lead in conducting regular reviews of business processes, developing strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in processes and IT, leveraging them to drive automation and modernize systems.
• Effectively document and communicate work results through regular meetings and presentations, sharing ideas and findings with peers and management.
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis and user acceptance testing by gathering feedback and data from technical experts and end users.
• Generate comprehensive reports and analyses by collecting valuable information during meetings with various stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor business processes and solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements.
• Manage special projects, including developing project plans and closely monitoring performance.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure they reflect the most current practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Business, Computer Science or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations
• Possess strong analytical capabilities in data collection, cleansing, mapping, mining, and business intelligence using software such as Excel, Access, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics and Power BI.
• Proficient in business process mapping, gap analysis, A3 process, methodology, and road mapping.
• Must have advanced computer skills and demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Project experience with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web-based systems.
