We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team in Warrington, PA!
Pay: $20-25 an hour
Responsibilities:
- The Billing Specialist will have the responsibility for maintaining a system of internal controls related to processing, analyzing, recording, billing and reconciliation of accounting transactions in relation to processing transactions within the accounts receivable and revenue functions
- This includes processing transactions within general accounting functions, business processes, reconciling account balances, and the resultant financial statements
- Maintenance of accounting controls and procedures
- Perform collections following up on past due accounts
- Create and review purchase orders
- Vender management
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Experience in a service-industry preferred
- Microsoft Office Suites Proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
