The Accounting Clerk is primarily responsible for entering invoices into our accounting software, posting payments, applying payments, posting contracts to jobs, scanning invoices, attaching invoices to jobs, entering salesmen costs to individual accounts, processing statements and reports for month-end and analysis., filing, communicating with customers and vendors, receiving purchase orders through the Accounting system, and posting material costs to jobs. Various deadlines and month-end reporting responsibilities will be assigned as needed. This position is also responsible for various other administrative tasks and will work with our department team to provide efficiency and effectiveness always with a positive, respectful, helpful, attitude toward others.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, team player and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
