Lompoc Valley Medical Center(“LVMC”) is currently seeking a visionary leader to join us as the next Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive to lead our dynamic team and drive the organization forward to new heights of success.

LVMC is seeking CEO candidates due to the impending retirement of our current CEO. LVMC, a California Healthcare District, was founded in 1943 and occupied its new hospital facility in 2010. LVMC is comprised of a 60-bed acute care hospital with a full complement of clinical services, a 110-bed skilled nursing facility, and several Lompoc Health medical clinics with approximately 37 contracted physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Providers. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, LVMC generated $145M of Net Revenue with a 10.3% EBIDA margin and is ahead of that pace during the current fiscal year.

LVMC is located in the Lompoc Valley, a semi-rural community of approximately 60,000 residents. The Lompoc Valley is home to award-winning wineries and the Vandenberg Space Force Base and is approximately 50 miles north of Santa Barbara and 55 miles south of San Luis Obispo.
