Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
