Position Summary

The primary duties of this role will be to provide customer related support, order entry, and other customer service/sales related duties for Loll Designs. This position will be part of a small team of customer service/sales whom all work diligently to provide a high level of care and service to customers and retail partners across the country.

Principal Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Detailed understanding of Loll products.
• Daily use of ERP system to oversee the entry and management of orders.
• Pre- and post-sale communication with customers via phone or email regarding pricing, products, production timeline, shipping information, and order statuses.
• Handle customer complaints and warranty issues in a professional, empathetic, timely manner.
• Problem solve and find opportunities to offer alternative solutions to customer needs.
• Work with appropriate departments to resolve any customer grievances, parts inquiries, and warranty claims.
• Fulfill customer material sample requests.
• Salesforce case management.
• Assist walk-in customers who visit the showroom, educating them on the features of our products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent is required, and Customer Service experience preferred. This role requires excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A high level of customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities is critical to success in this role. This person must be hard working, detail oriented, enthusiastic about service and team and posses the ability to problem solve and use critical thinking.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Willing to travel as necessary. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
