We are excited to announce we are hiring bartender to join our team at LoLa 42, in Seaport Boston. The purpose of a bartender's position at Lola 42 is to provide each guest with complete satisfaction while exceeding their expectations. Bartenders have the most interaction with guests, so they have the most influence in terms of our guest?s impression and their overall experience. It is so important that the bartender be smiling, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They must professionally greet guests and ensure that everything is perfect. Bartenders must be visible to guests constantly. Bartenders are expected to be attentive to guest?s needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed at all times.
This full-time position is compensated with base salary at a minimum wage, supplemented by tips on top of offering benefits including a 401(k), 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance. We're looking for someone with at least a year of bartending experience, who is available for various shifts including day, evening, night, and weekends. This job requires working every weekend, with additional weekdays and weekends as needed.
