Logix Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Valencia, CA

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides high-touch service to hiring managers and applicants throughout the talent acquisition process, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, and assisting with the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team.

The hourly pay for this position is $21.86 - $32.79 depending on experience, skills, education and internal equity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the onboarding tasks and serves as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the new hires process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Supports the daily Talent Acquisition team operations ensuring new hires and internal candidates have a positive onboarding experience and other related duties, as assigned.
  • Ensures data integrity and compliance in the onboarding and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assists with the coordination of DEI, GPTW, and employee experience programs/activities.
  • Completes administrative duties such as calendar coordination, scheduling candidate interviews, report generation and managing special projects.
  • Administers internal and external job postings using a variety of platforms including social media.
  • Assists with the coordination of off-site recruitment & College Recruiting events including updating marketing materials, resume tracking, calendaring of events and managing the recruitment calendar.
  • Processes employee referral payments and ensures accuracy.
  • Prepares and updates desk procedures.
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition team with overall recruitment goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Recruitment Coordinator:

  • One or more years experience as an administrative assistant/office or recruiting coordinator in a fast paced environment balancing multiple and changing priorities.
  • Previous experience working within a full cycle recruitment team preferred but not required
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively work in a team environment and independently problem solve.
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products (Outlook Word, Excel, Power-Point).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking & HR systems preferred.
