**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions and play a key role in supporting the HR department.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with recruitment efforts such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Enter employee information into our HR systems and trackers.

- Assist with HR sourcing and talent acquisition activities

- Help manage employee benefits administration including FMLA

- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR-related inquiries

- Support human resources management tasks as needed

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in HR software such as Ceridian, UltiPro, or similar systems

- Knowledge of HR processes including recruiting and training development

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
