Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team at Logik.io. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in Google Workspace, Microsoft, Mac, and Mobile Device Management (MDM). As an integral member of our organization, the IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure as we continue to scale and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related matters.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and other cloud-based productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Manage Mac devices within the organization, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure and manage mobile devices used by employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Google Workspace, Microsoft, Mac, and MDM Management.
• Strong technical proficiency in network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficiency in managing Mac devices and familiarity with macOS.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and driving results.
