Logik.io is looking for a Product Manager to expand our product for eCommerce applications. Logik.io is a well funded startup run by successful entrepreneurs that have built and sold technology companies to both Oracle and Salesforce. This individual will join our family and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Support and our customers to ensure we are continuing to lead the industry providing the best selling applications to our customers. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical product management activities to translate an idea from conception to reality. You will work closely with product management and engineering to also help plan and execute our eCommerce product roadmap in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in implementing more than one B2B eCommerce platform/application such as Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Shopify or similar applications. Ability to be self-sufficient putting together POCs to show how external applications can be integrated with such eCommerce platforms is very important
• 2 years of experience in product management, consulting or sales engineering 
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers, prospects and other stakeholders to identify & validate requirements
• Ability to learn quickly, take direction, work independently, and as part of a team
• Hands-on experience with authoring product requirement documents and driving delivery with product development in Agile/Scrum methodology
• BS/BA required, preferably in a technical discipline 

• Experience in working with enterprise scale and/or large mid-market customers
• Experience in working with PIM or PLM systems for Product master data management
• Experience in Salesforce CRM/eCommerce/CPQ ecosystem
• Experience in working with headless/composable applications
• Experience working with designers and creating rough UI mockups for requirement specifications.
• Working with a native cloud product ecosystem and comfortable working with tools to gather insights from logs or databases
• Experience using market research tools and analyzing addressable market models and strategies for growing market share.

• Gather data from online sources, analyst reports and conversations to understand the market dynamics and help shape the future strategy for the product
• Develop requirement specifications, Lo-Fi mockups for engineering to design a solution for customer use cases
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify specifications. Also assist in creating realistic estimates to deliver targeted functionality meeting the market goals
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as inhouse SME for partners and other stakeholders to ensure product features are being used as intended. Continuously review delivered functionality to ensure it meets anticipated requirements. When needed, bring missing requirements back to engineering for future roadmap scheduling
• Create and deliver presentations and demos for customers or prospects to showcase current or upcoming release functionality
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop a launch plan to showcase product releases
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Balance the need to stretch for amazing outcomes and pragmatic choices to ensure release goals are met on time
