Logansport Memorial Hospital is Hiring a Physical Therapist Near Logansport, IN
Job Description:
- Provide quality physical therapy services
- Assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation and communication.
- Supervises activities of the department and support personnel including physical therapy technicians and assistants
- Establishes a treatment plan in a fashion consistent with the referral sources specific orders
- One-on-one patient care and no double booking/over lapping
Job Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy, preferred
- New graduates welcome
- Current Indiana license
- Previous outpatient therapy experience with interest in sports medicine preferred
- CPR
FTE: .8-1.0 (32-40 hrs/wk) Days M-F with weekend/holiday rotation - $5k sign-on bonus
