Logan Simpson has an immediate opening for a regular full-time Senior Landscape Designer to work a hybrid schedule based out of our downtown Tempe, Arizona office.

Responsibilities Include :

• Assisting in designing, coordinating, and preparing landscape architectural construction documents for various planning and design projects, including urban/civic spaces, educational/civic facilities, restoration areas, parks, trails, and natural areas, and streets/highways.

Position Requires:

• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD with the ability to create and read technical drawings.
• Prepare accurate and detailed construction drawings while adhering to Company and Client file management and design standards.
• Organization and time management to complete multiple project deadlines and proactively check other team members’ work for accuracy and quality.
• Mathematical skill to complete project calculations
• Desire to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, willing to expand knowledge and problem-solve on a wide range of projects.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAD Certification
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2022
• Ability to read and translate Construction Documents
• Professional working experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
• Experience working with MicroStation, LandFX, Revit, Civil 3D, and Sketch-up
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database management systems.
• Possess an understanding of sustainability best practices.
• Graphic skills to support simulations, rendering and immersive technology

Compensation:

This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $64,480 - $79,040, depending on experience and education.
