We're hiring a bartender to work at our company's world-class bar. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a fast-paced environment, be familiar with various drinks and cocktail recipes, and enjoy interacting with customers in a friendly manner. Previous experience is not required. However, we are specifically interested in candidates that have a strong knowledge of food and restaurants, enjoy working late evenings and weekends, and who can quickly solve problems on the spot. Our bar is known for serving only premium quality spirits, as well as offering an impressive array of delicious drinks that are sure to please any customer's palette.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks by pouring and shaking them.
- Be able to talk to customers and make them feel at home.
- Set up wine and beer lists.
- Mix drinks according to bar specifications.
- Have a knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, and their various brands, types, and origins.
- Understand customer preferences regarding brands, types, and drinking habits.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organized bar area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
