Position Overview As our Field Supervisor, you will support the projects we are working on throughout the region.

With a small office, you will wear many hats and be an integral part of our organization. We need someone with excellent organizational and communication skills as you will be collaborating heavily with our clients, vendors, and internal team members.

You will directly supervisor our field technicians. We need someone who is tech savvy and able to pick up on new software systems quickly.

Due to the specific nature of our business, we will have to train you so you must have a willingness to learn industry-specific regulations.

Position Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Hands on management of field personnel
• Manage crews on job sites - This is not a desk job, it is out in the field
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and property owners regarding damages and repairs
• Must know or be able to quickly learn insurance company requirements and protocols for water, fire, smoke, mold remediation
• Willingness to obtain industry certifications (IICRC Certification, company paid)
• Respond to project requests timely and accurately
• Ensure compliance on all projects
• Track all project metrics and keep internal and external teams informed throughout the project while working effectively on multiple projects
• Work with project managers to ensure the success of each project
• Heavy computer work to track all projects
• Heavy client interaction via computer and phone

Position Salary / Compensation

• Salary of $50-60K, depending on experience, with advancement opportunities

Requirements : Position Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in mitigation work with a restoration company OR field supervisor experience in a construction related industry
• Must have field supervisor experience
• Hands on leader with good leadership skills
• Willingness to learn industry specific compliance protocol
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Must be a highly organized person who can multi-task
• Must be detailed oriented to ensure nothing falls through the cracks on any projects
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful, work environment while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times dealing with our clients, vendors, and staff
• Work schedule 8am 5pm, Mon-Fri, some overtime (nights, weekends) will be required during our busy seasons or for after-hours emergencies
• Must have driver’s license with cleaning driving record, be able to pass a drug screen and background check
