Our 36-acre Lodge at Schroon Lake in New York's Adirondacks is perfect for outdoor adventurers and active families. Our resort reopened in June of 2023 after undergoing extensive renovations, but our oldest building still dates back to 1917. The Guest Experience Associate acts as the resort's ambassador, embodying our commitment to unparalleled hospitality. This role is integral to creating memorable experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction across all touchpoints, including the marina, resort policies (child, pet, pool, gym, lobby, and grounds), and guest services. The associate will proactively engage with guests to provide information, assist with inquiries, and ensure the resort's policies are communicated and adhered to, contributing to a safe, enjoyable, and premium environment.

Experience/Education:

High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience required. Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, recreation or related field preferred. Ability to drive 12-passenger van preferred. Current lifeguard certification and public vessel license preferred.
