Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to create a pristine environment
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including shower areas, toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are immaculate and well-stocked with amenities
• Replace towels, linens, and other room essentials with fresh, high-quality items to provide a luxurious experience for guests
• Restock literature, such as brochures and magazines, ensuring they are neatly displayed and up to date
• Handle delicate and valuable items with care when cleaning and arranging guest rooms, maintaining the utmost attention to detail
• Uphold exceptional standards for cleanliness and organization in storage areas, including linen closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping carts
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and waste in a safe and responsible manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns or issues, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for guests in the luxury hotel

Qualifications :

• Must be able to maneuver a fully loaded housekeeping cart, weighing up to 50 lbs. up and down a small incline
• The ability to be on your feet during your shift
• Certain cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, or making beds, can involve repetitive movements
• Must be able to bend down and get on and off the floor numerous times per day
• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
