Compensation :

$60,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
• This is a sales position, you will be responsible for filling your pipeline in addition to the estimates provided by the company's marketing efforts

Qualifications :

• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Should have working knowledge of a CRM
• Experience preferred but not required willing to train the right person
