Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage construction phase
- Oversee technical direction.
- Monitor that the project is constructed in compliance with contract documents, budget, and schedule.
- Establish project procedures, problem-solving activities, budget reviews and certifications needed.
- Prepare agendas and conduct project related meetings
- Review contractors construction schedule and monitor progress for adherence
- Review contractor claims
- Review and approve contractors pay applications
- Interface with clients and contractors
- Interface with project stakeholders
- Maintain project tracking logs and documentation
- Monitor safety programs onsite
- Initiate document revisions, project reviews, and processes change orders.
- Receive and distribute test reports.
- Manage inspectors assigned to project
- Prepare lists of items to complete or correct and establish close-out procedures
- Perform post-construction services and investigations as needed.
- Working knowledge of construction management tracking and scheduling programs
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects construction (technology, equipment and methods)
- Valid Drivers license
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
