Lockheed Martin is Hiring a Sr. Control Account Manager / Project Engineer (Secret Clearance with Security Clearance Near King of Prussia, PA

Job Number 664809BR Description:This position is for a level 4 Project Engineer that will be supporting the TTWCS (Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System) program. The successful candidate will be the CAM (Control Account Manager) for Engineering and Development Activities as well as responsible for taking on additional technical contributions as the schedule allows. The idea candidate should:
-A strong background in earned value management (EVM) and previous experience as a CAM will aid in the success of the CAM responsibilities of this position. -Have a good understanding of the software lifecycle development process and understanding of Agile processes. -There is also a preference for the candidate to additionally have a background in SW engineering, systems engineering, test, or cyber in order to take on additional technical responsibilities The position requires onsite activities >50% as program needs dictate at the LM Valley Forge site in King of Prussia, PA. A DoD Secret security clearance or higher is required to start this position.
Basic Qualifications:
- CAM (Control Account Manager) experience and EVM knowledge
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience working as a systems engineer on a large-scale software program
- Understanding of the Software development lifecycle and agile processes
- Candidates MUST currently possess an active DoD SECRET level clearance or higher
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience working on an Agile team - Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner
- Experience managing tasks with Jira
- Strong Microsoft Excel skillset
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
