Job Number 665951BR Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Site Manager for the Fort Bragg, NC area. Must have active TS-SCI Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additional duties:
Provide senior level management of day to day operational support and guidance to all site support personnel. Ensure all personnel actions are in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures and coordinate training for assigned personnel. Prepare internal weekly key issues report for area. Brief customer on cost, schedule, and technical performance as needed.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules for the program technical and administrative areas. Assist in resolving issues, track trends in order to identify potential areas of concern and address unresolved issues with all interested parties for resolution #mfcvets
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance
Candidate must have a background in SOF for 15 years and must have worked within the specialized unit.

Skilled in briefing to personnel, commanders and management Ability to communicate well orally and in writing Ability to develop presentations and white papers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
