Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work in the Chemical Engineering Department for a position in Camden, AR. This person will be responsible for the painting, coating, bonding, sealing, corrosion mitigation and additional processes of the assigned work area. This will include documentation and optimization of current and new chemical processes.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of General Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledgeable of paints and coatings.
- Experience with paint and coating applications.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen.
Desired Skills:
-Strong oral and written communication skills and capable of working in a team environment.
-Hands on experience using an HVLP paint gun.
-Experience applying epoxies and polyurethanes by hand spray.
-Experience cleaning and re-building paint guns.
-Experience with pressure pots, gravity fed guns and siphon guns.
-Experience with work instructions, military specifications.
-Experience with SAP and Apriso.
-Awareness of safety concerns with paint and coating processes.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
