Located in Bethesda Maryland, this position will perform a variety of activities in facilities and property administration that may include the following:
- Office rearrangements, small plumbing repairs, changing of light bulbs, assisting with office planning, construction coordination, and demountable wall installation
- Assist with the planning of space utilization for organizational efficiency using the LM Buildings tool.
- Ensure appropriate action is taken for assigned work order requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the completion of organizational projects - daily activities and construction projects to meet our goals.
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge and experience using hand tools, have effective customer service skills and experience and use of computer applications, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Candidates need to be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and be available to work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with general maintenance processes and methods related to building and equipment maintenance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
Effective communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in building maintenance systems, LM Buildings
- Experience using power tools safely
- Experience with Demountable wall system installations
- Some basic IT support - mainly computer office setups
- Able to read blueprints and read instruction manuals
- Familiar with PPE and OSHA requirements.
