Job Description:
Part-Time Assistant Property Manager for locally owned Self-Storage Facility in Hampton, VA. This is a great Part-Time opportunity that offers hours from: 11 am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, and 1 Saturday a month.
Job Summary:
Work closely with Self-Storage Property Manager in all aspects of management, office administration, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Internet and Smartphone savvy.
Experience with Property Management software is a Big Plus, especially with SiteLink.
Excellent people skills! Friendly, eager to serve, and able to build good relationships with all our tenants.
Strong Sales, Customer Service, and Collection skills.
Great work ethic with a history of consistent employment.
Ability to be assertive when needed to enforce our facility rules and regulations.
