An exciting, fun, high volume restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, results-driven, and dedicated manager to be a part of our day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.

Our ideal candidate has management experience and can help lead the restaurant operations, develop team members and maintain strong guest relations.

This remarkable person will also have the passion and drive to truly excel in the industry while inspiring others to do the same.

Having a strong food background and managing busy bars and restaurants are a BIG plus.

Responsibilities :

• Maintenance and implementation of staff hiring, training and people development within a specific department
• Open and closing duties to ensure the operations of the restaurant are executed to company standards
• Delivering schedules to meet budgetary goals set and agreed upon
• Back office work that includes invoicing and ordering

Qualifications :

• Require at least three years as an Assistant Manager in a high volume restaurant
• Knowledge of cash handling controls and ability to troubleshoot mathematical errors
• Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
• Proficient understanding of ALOHA POS
• Schedule flexibility, weekend, and holiday availability
