We are looking for a customer-oriented Management Trainee. A customer service representative and management trainee will act as a liaison with the sales team, provide product / service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.

We are looking for individuals Problem-solving comes naturally. We are looking for a Management Trainee who is confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer sales questions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with customers directly to provide product and service information and initiate the sales cycle
• Grow lead base
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal / customer service team sales targets
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines for customer appointments
• Take the extra mile
