Requirements

• 2 years of Insurance experience is Required to be considered for the position.
• Active Texas Property and Casualty License required.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses. Open to feedback on improving upselling skills.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet insurance sales production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy changes or service requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and Return all phone messages promptly.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all insurance underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
