We are an established landscaping company in Hampton, NH that provides a variety of outdoor services to our commercial, condo, residential, and municipal clients in the seacoast NH area.

Work hours are consistent, with daily routines starting at 7:00 am, and wrapping up the day between 3:30-5:00 pm most days. Occaisional Saturdays during the busy months to stay ahead, typically weekends are not scheduled from June-October. Payroll is processed weekly with direct deposit.

In winter months we operate a sizeable snow removal operation, and established employees receive guaranteed weekly pay.

Our equipment fleet is large and diverse, if there is the right tool for the job, we tend to own it. We are always seeking new innovative methods and equipment to reduce labor efforts and execute tasks efficiently.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a well-rounded, experienced landscaper to join our team as a crew leader. The Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring high-quality work, and providing guidance to the crew members.

**Duties:**

- Work with a crew of 2-3 landscapers in various tasks including lawn mowing, cleanups, mulch blowing, planting, drainage, hydroseed, and landscape construction.

- Plan and organize daily work schedules for the crew members.

- Monitor the quality of work performed to ensure it meets company standards.

- Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.

- Collaborate with the management team to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

- Knowledge of commercial mowing equipment, garden & shrub care, general landscape knowledge.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
