You will coordinate the day-to-day order schedule to ensure timely and reliable service, serve as the point of contact for Loaders when issues arise, outbound calls to external vendors, and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues. When an issue with a Loader occurs, you may be tasked with communication to the customer and further coordination with a secondary Loader team. • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferably with independent contractors
• 1-2 years experience in logistics dispatching
• Bilingual preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Results driven 

SALARY AND BONUS POTENTIAL

• $18.00 per hour
• Monthly $500 Performance Bonus at 100% of target
