You will coordinate the day-to-day order schedule to ensure timely and reliable service, serve as the point of contact for Loaders when issues arise, outbound calls to external vendors, and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues. When an issue with a Loader occurs, you may be tasked with communication to the customer and further coordination with a secondary Loader team. Our environment is fast-paced, challenging, and highly rewarding.
