Loic Bakery Cafe Bar is looking for a full and part time experienced Barista/Cashier to join their team! If you are knowledgeable, experienced, calm, professional, that LOVES people, coffee and baked goods, then this is the place for you!

Responsibilities include:

· Be a consumer centric leader putting the customer first and ensuring our team is focused on the highest levels of customer engagement.

· Make great coffee knowing this is an art and passion for many

· Follow our high standards for all coffee drinks keeping consistent with steaming and foaming

· Greets each guest with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor and provides a warm welcome and a fond farewell

· Connects and converses with consumers to provide personalized service and creates a memorable dining experience

· Knowledgeable in all menu items, prices and services offered

· Ensure delivery time standards are met and adheres to food safety standards

· Ensures the quality of the food and presentation is to standards and works in an organized, methodical manner with high attention to detail

· Operates the POS system ensuring accuracy of orders prior to delivery, executes food and beverage service according to standards

· Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment

· Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils within work area

· Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, processes proper AM/PM shift closing procedures and participates in all training and ongoing education classes

The ideal Team Member will:

· Develop a positive working relationship with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others

· Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional consumer experience

· Be a strong communicator and able to be a link between all staff members and customers

· Have your food handler certificate and have or willing to complete your food manager’s certificate

· Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency

· Experience as barista and in hospitality

· Consumer Oriented - Like People!

· Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu

· Follow instructions for recipes, food preparation and sanitation guidelines

· Cleans equipment in a timely fashion; thoroughly cleans workstation before leaving the area for other assignments

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Maintain strong command over the menu and the POS system

· Must have reliable transportation, be dependable, show up to work on time and stay your entire shift.

· Must be able to work weekends including Sundays

Essential Physical Requirements:
· Walk and stand throughout the entire shift
· Frequently wash hands
· Regular and predictable attendance
· Read and write in English
· Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
· The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending,
walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand
for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without
reasonable accommodations
