**Position Overview:**
As an Entry-Level Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. You will work closely with the on-site project management team to coordinate and manage small job tasks, while also contributing to project administrative activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and oversight of various construction activities on-site for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks
  • Support the documentation of daily construction activities, including progress reports, work logs, and site photographs
  • Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the project's success
  • Monitor and track project schedules, identifying potential delays and suggesting corrective actions
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Assist with the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Contribute to project administrative tasks, including contract management, document control, and communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, promoting a culture of safety compliance among team members
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders
