As the team evolves, we are looking to expand our capabilities to evolve the services and quality of partnership we provide to stakeholders across the organization.Position Summary: The role will be primarily responsible for the total DFO Employee Lifecycle reporting to the Global Head of People Operations. The position serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for all leveraged employee relations matters within the Organization. This role partners with and advises pillar heads throughout the Organization how to develop and maintain a healthy, productive, legally compliant, harassment, and discrimination free work environment. Leads employee onboarding, offboarding, development and engagement. Success will in part require embedding employee experience in all aspects of employee processes and technology to present a unified experience for managers and employees alike to ensure all are working at full potential/capacity.As the DFO is an evolving entity, you must able to thrive in fast-paced, fluid environment and be comfortable navigating ambiguityDay-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:•Responsible for entire employee lifecycle - from hire to departure•Develop programming for employee check ins (30, 60, 90, 1 Year, Exit Surveys)•Handle all day to day employee relations issues below Senior Leadership•Employee Performance Improvement Oversight - manage performance improvement plans, assist managers with monitoring progress•Develop New Hire Orientation content and manage administration•Oversee DFO Bootcamp - manage the administration of the program, provide feedback to employees, interface with managers •Oversee Individual Development Plans (IDP)initiative and ongoing oversight of performance cycle•Annual engagement survey action planning•Research, draft and interpret company policies and employee handbook•Oversee Learning and Development Programs including professional development and Manager Training•Online Harassment Training Oversight•Responsible for implementation and development of DEI Strategy and Initiatives (strategic and creative)Apply for this role if you are:•An advanced communicator with consultative, interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation •A clear impact/results orientation and ability to set dynamic, compelling goals, ensure clear accountabilities and align the organization to deliver on commitments•Highly organized and reliable with excellent time management skills•Service oriented and strive to provide clients with an excellent experience •A practical thinker able to logically approach problems and come up with reasonable solutions or escalate them effectively•A natural multi-tasker comfortable wearing many hats in support of a dynamic organization•Interested in operating within a unique culture that will foster your deep desire for personal and professional growth •Discreet and professional in handling sensitive or confidential information and maintain high integrity Qualifications:•At least 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role•Ability to report and analyze information•Experience with managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders•Ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision•Experience with senior stakeholders, program design/management and change management•Proven ability to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgment•Excellent written and oral communication skills•Bachelor's Degree requiredCompensation:Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary, and an excellent package of health and other employee benefits.
