We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk / Medical Receptionist in the Pediatrics department to join their team!

Lloyd Staffing is seeking a Front Desk / Medical Receptionist in Pediatrics :

• Performs all necessary receptionist duties including answering, screening, and routing of phone calls.
• Utilizes (EMR) and / or other systems for check-in / check-out processes including verifying patient demographics, insurance information, obtaining patient signatures on applicable patient forms, and having the patient complete any paperwork associated with the visit.
• Collect any necessary payments and process accordingly.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying the provider of patient’s arrival, delays, or backlogs.
• Schedule patient appointments and remind the patients of any necessary documentation that may be required for their appointment.
• Schedules any services or procedures as needed.
• Obtains / retrieves referrals / authorizations / eligibility verification that may be required. Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs and placing orders or advising office manager of items needed.
• Ensures HIPAA guidelines are always followed.
• Provides additional coverage for night hours and weekend, as needed.
• Regularly required to communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Professional phone etiquette.

Requirements : High School diploma / GED. Graduate of an accredited Medical Office Administration program or at least 6 months of prior experience working as a Medical Receptionist or 1 year of clerical experience.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Candidate needs to be flexible with schedule - open to working any time from :

7 : 30AM-8PM ( scheduled would be a time between this rage )

1 -2 Weekend days

Salary : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour ( Depending on experience )

Expected hours : 37.5 per week

Requirements : High School diploma / GED. Graduate of an accredited Medical Office Administration program or at least 6 months of prior experience working as a Medical Receptionist or 1 year of clerical experience.

Microsoft Office proficiency.
