The role : Food Truck Crew Member

When you join the Truck team, you become a member of the OG lloyd crew. You drive Buffalo's first Food Truck with pride and provide a five-star experience to every guest.

• Ability, or desire to learn, to drive the Food Truck to and from designated stops for service
• Set up the truck for a successful service - stock items, replenish low items, and follow loading / unloading procedures.
• Monitor equipment, food quality / consistency, and food safety based on the lloyd standard operating procedures.
• Ensure every guest receives a five-star experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Punctuality, ability to multitask and a positive attitude are preferred
• Preparing, packing, and cooking catering orders.
• Other duties as assigned, including assuming responsibilities of direct reports when necessary
• Prior food service or offsite catering experience preferred, but not required!

• Valid NYS Drivers license
• Weekend Availability

Compensation details : 15-17.25 Hourly Wage
