Our property managers are the heartbeats of our properties. It is expected that you will take the initiative to complete any task needed to keep the property running smoothly and looking its best. You will need to use good intuition when making decisions and have a knack for working with people. This position is extremely relationship driven, which will require excellent communication skills. A great sense of humor is also a plus!

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is helpful, otherwise; 1-2 years of equivalent experience in Property Management will suffice.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and interpret general business & professional concepts. The ability to write professional emails and other business correspondence is also a must (remember, communication is key!) You will need to be able to think on your feet to respond to questions from residents, future residents, vendors, and co-workers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills will be required to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Don’t worry, we provide calculators.
REASONING ABILITY
You need to have good intuition and a healthy dose of common sense to problem solve through a variety of situations that may not be black and white. We play in the gray!
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
There are some physical demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The job is performed in an office setting with occasional travel to properties.
