LLFLEX is Hiring a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC Near Louisville, KY
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventive maintenance.
- Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
- Maintain a schedule for inspection, servicing, and testing machinery.
- Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
- Performing general maintenance work as assigned.
- Performs good housekeeping standards as part of the department as required.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to read and interpret and complex drawing and detailed specifications, etc. and carry-out complicated written instructions in a safe manner.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and technical skill to plan and perform challenging work when working near power sources and high voltage electricity or when only general guidance is available.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, as well as keep records of calibration.
- Ability to utilize software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Forklift certification preferred, can be attained at LLFlex.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Trade of vocational school graduations preferred
- Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude ability.
- Good troubleshooting skills
