These goals will be achieved by: Assisting customers with making the best selection for their flooring projectsDelivering on overall customer satisfactionProviding store management, associate supervision, and daily store operations of the store in the absence of the Store ManagerCoaching and mentoring other associates to achieve personal sales goalsAssisting with maintenance of the warehouseProactive selling including outbound sales calls to customers and Pros.
