At LJA we recognize the importance of marketing and we’re looking for a dynamicProposal Coordinatorto join our growing team! This person will support the development of SOQ’s (Statement of Qualifications) and RFP’s (Request for Proposals) for business growth.

General Responsibilities : Working alongside a Proposal Lead and Capture Manager to assist in planning, developing, and producing Qualifications and Proposals in response to public and private sector requests.

Developing and updating existing marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions and other collateral.Edit materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, style, and qualityAssisting in the ideation of effective graphics, design layouts, templates, and visuals for proposals.

Maintenance of the marketing department’s databases of proposal content.Monitoring advance notices of RFP / RFQ leads and bid opportunitiesRequired Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphics, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Acrobat), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or other presentation software.

An eye for layout and design.Prior experience (2 - 3 years) as a Marketing Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator, or comparable related experienceSelf-starter / Initiative-taker with a great attitude and ability to work well with others and collaborate with multiple contributors.
