Summary: (We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CPM Scheduler II to join our dynamic team. As a CPM Scheduler II, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of detailed project schedules using CPM methodology
• Identify critical path activities, constraints, and opportunities for schedule optimization
• Conduct in-depth schedule analysis to identify potential risks and impacts on project timelines
• Collaborate with project teams to establish realistic timelines and milestones
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior schedulers and project team members
• Prepare and present schedule-related reports, forecasts, and recommendations to project stakeholders
• Implement best practices in project scheduling and contribute to process improvements
• Support project risk management efforts by assessing schedule-related risks and developing mitigation strategies

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in a complex project environment
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Proficiency in schedule analysis software (e.g., Schedule Analyzer, Acumen Fuse)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
