• Pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Groundskeeping for all seasons; including lawn maintenance and snow removal near building entrances
• Moving/relocation of materials and office furniture to support staff needs
• Support the monitoring and preventative maintenance for commercial/Industrial HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems and plumbing systems
• Monitor and properly maintain building structural items (e.g. doors, locks, windows etc.)
• Maintain accurate records/reports on building systems and equipment and major repairs
• Timely and accurately conduct all necessary equipment checks
• Participate in the “on-call” rotation schedule for repairs and snow removal as required.
• Open building on a rotating schedule as needed

• Certified Pool Operator Certification, preferred
• Maintenance certificate, preferred

• 2 years related experience or training
• Ability to work independently, and fulfill responsibilities efficiently, completely and properly with minimum supervision.
• Ability to interact with the public, members, visitors, and the team in a professional and responsive manner
• Ability to multi-task

• Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, grasping and twisting, climb or balance.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Lift and/or move over 50 pounds

This is a full time position
