Job Title: Home Care Aide

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow all resident rights policies and procedures

Skills:
- Experience or knowledge in providing home care services
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to provide care for clients with dementia or memory impairments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks requiring strength and endurance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
